# Pickleman's Franchising

> Pickleman's Franchising is the franchise development arm of Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe, a fast-casual restaurant brand founded in 2005 serving toasted gourmet sandwiches, chopped salads, tavern-style pizzas, artisan soups, and made-from-scratch cookies. The brand awards single-unit and multi-unit franchises across the Midwest, South Central, and expanding markets, with formats including in-line, endcap, drive-thru, and food court locations.

Prospective franchisees follow a defined path to ownership, beginning with a franchise inquiry and application, followed by receipt of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), a meet-and-greet interview, business plan review, franchise agreement execution, site selection and buildout, training, and grand opening. Each franchisee is assigned a franchise business consultant for ongoing operational and marketing support. Franchise inquiries are directed to franchising@picklemans.com.
