Announced with a degree of excitement, local franchise owners Matt Frick and Joey Liekweg are eager to take the reins, according to ABC15, to introduce the brand’s array of dishes ranging from sandwiches to tavern-style pizzas, “Our goal is to make this your new favorite lunch or dinner spot serving thin-crust pizza, salads, soups, and macaroni bowls—fast, fresh, and full of flavor.”
Known for their crafted pickles, Pickleman’s offers more than just brined cucumbers. Their menu boasts a range of options, from savory sandwiches to macaroni bowls and made-from-scratch cookies, capturing the taste buds of those craving a variety of flavors. According to Your Valley, Glendale mall enthusiasts and residents from the growing Northwest Valley, situated just north, will soon be able to indulge in these offerings at the café’s 36th location that also marks their 20th anniversary this fall. The new location will sit at 7700 W. Arrowhead Towne Center Drive, finding its home within the bustling corridors of a shopping center for the first time.
Expressing their delight over the upcoming launch, Frick and Liekweg shared with ABC15, “We’re thrilled to bring Pickleman’s to Glendale. The Arrowhead Towne Center location allows us to introduce the brand to a broader, high-traffic audience—and we’re just getting started.” They have their sights set beyond just serving food; they aim to create a new go-to spot that provides quick and tasty meal options for shoppers and the surrounding community.
